Joyce E. Blouin

BARRE TOWN – Joyce E. Blouin, 93, of Lepage Road in Barre Town, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin surrounded by her children. Born in Graniteville on April 24, 1931, she was the daughter of Eleanor and Raymond Craige. She had 2 sisters, Muriel (Carpenter) Goyette, Beverly Gavin, and 1 brother, Raymond Craige Jr. Joyce attended graded school in Graniteville and later graduated from Spaulding High School. On April 22, 1950, she married Roger Blouin at St. Sylvesters Church in Graniteville. They resided in Graniteville and then moved to Lepage Road in Barre Town. Joyce later moved to The Mayo Residential Care in Northfield on 4/1/2020. She always had good caring neighbors wherever she resided. She worked at various places: Grants, The Capacitor Plant, Howards Market, and Price Chopper. She was a hard worker and would set her clocks ahead by 10 minutes to be sure she was never late.
