WILLIAMSTOWN - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Larry Dunn, who rode off on his two‑wheel iron horse into the sunset on January 9, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Larry was a friend to many and is remembered for more than 40 years in the autobody shop business, his love of Harleys, and — as some liked to say — his amazing hair. To his family he was above all the most loving father and Grampa, never short on humor and always ready to make everyone laugh. Life and legacy
Larry found peace on two wheels, embracing the freedom of the open road. His life was a testament to living life on your own terms. He built a legacy of hard work, resiliency, and strength, and he leaves behind countless stories and memories that will be shared and laughed about for generations to come.
He was known in his community as a steady hand in the shop, a loyal friend, and a man who lived with warmth and good humor. Those who rode with him or met him daily at Dunkin will remember his easy laugh and always-humored conversation.
Survivors include his daughters: Joann Dunn of Barre, VT; Jody (Dunn) Stender of Meriden, NH (husband Shawn): Grandchildren: Kaylan (Murphy) Cabral of New Hampshire (husband Matthew); Teagan Martel of Oregon; Ronin Martel of Barre, VT (partner Zoe); Kaycee Travis of Barre, VT (partner Noah): Great‑grandchildren: Jace and Karter Cabral
Larry’s family welcomes memories, stories, and photos to celebrate his life and the joy he brought to so many.
