Barre

BARRE CITY - Lee Jay Bresett Sr., 62, of Barre, Vermont, will be lovingly remembered for his dedication to family, his friendships, and his appreciation for the simple joys in life.

Lee was a hardworking man who spent many years working in construction and a variety of other trades. A true jack of all trades, he was skilled in many areas and never afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty. Through his hard work and the life he built, Lee left his mark on the people and places around him.

Outside of work, Lee found happiness in the things he loved most: fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with family and friends. He cherished being outdoors and making memories with the people closest to him. Whether sitting around a campfire, enjoying a day of fishing, or gathering with loved ones, these were the moments that made life special to Lee.

Family and friends held a special place in Lee’s heart. He leaves behind his children, Lee Jay Bresett Jr. and Morgan Baird, and his grandchildren, Akira Bresett, Ashton Bresett, Ava-Rae Bresett, Mariana Bresett, and Mason Jarvis, along with many other loved ones who will continue to carry his memory in their hearts.

Lee is also survived by his brother, Timothy Bresett, and his sisters, Christine Butler, Laurie Macey, Bonnie Bresett, Rose Browne, and Jonie Bresett, as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

Lee will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his many talents, his love of the outdoors, and the time he treasured with those who meant the most to him. The memories he created with family and friends will live on through shared stories, laughter, and the gatherings that bring loved ones together.

Though Lee will be deeply missed, his memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. May he rest peacefully, always remembered with love by the family and friends whose lives he touched.
