Michael T. Higgins

BARRE- Michael T."Mikey" Higgins, 43, of Brook Street, passed away February 14, 2020 surrounded by his family. Born December 15, 1976, he was the son of the late Paul Lacass and Maureen Kennedy. Michael grew up in Barre and was a painter by trade. He loved spending time with his children, family and friends. His passions were fishing and music. Michael is survived by his brother Sean Higgins and his girlfriend Becca Paligo, his former fiancée Melinda Dubois-Lapine and their children, Son Michael R. Higgins and daughter Kaylee S. Higgins. He had many nieces and nephew. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother. An Irish celebration is being planned. A "Go Fund Me Page "has been set up on Facebook to help offset cost.
