BARRE-Michael J Jacobs, 70, of Barre, passed away August 22, 2026 at UVM Medical Center with family by his side.

Born June 16, 1956, he was the son of Edward and Freda (Flanders) Jacobs. Michael was a dedicated bookkeeper for Rossi Trucking his entire career and a diehard Yankees fan!

He was predeceased by his parents, siblings Edward and Laurie Jacobs, and nephew Taylor Jacobs. Survivors include his three brothers; Donald, Russell, Gary, his wife Suzanne, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 24, 2026, 12 noon, at the River Bank Cemetery in Stowe.
