Monique (Gagne) Alzaga

BARRE-It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Monique Gagne Alzaga, who left us on February 5, 2025 at the age of 90. Monique is survived by her devoted husband Rudy Alzaga with whom she shared nearly 65 joyful years of marriage. Monique leaves behind her two children, whom she loved dearly, Laurie (Alzaga) Lind, married to Tom Lind of Naples FL, and Paul Alzaga of Barre, VT. Her cherished grandson Gavin Lind was a source of immense pride and joy in her life. She also leaves a special sister-in-law Renie Alzaga of Barre, VT, and her older sister, Yvette Zampieri of Barre, VT, they shared a special bond of friendship and sisterhood over a lifetime, her caring and love for Monique never wavered. Monique leaves many cherished nieces and nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her father Joseph Gagne and her mother, Rose Anna (Gagne) Lemieux and her step-father Levi Lemieux.
