Patrick A.
LaPerle
Aug 21, 1968 — Jun 16, 2026
BARRE-Patrick LaPerle, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2026, at the age of 57, surrounded by loved ones.
Born on August 21, 1968, in Montpelier, Vermont. Patrick was the son of Aline LaPerle and the late Adrien LaPerle, whose memory he held dear throughout his life. He grew up alongside his sisters, Janet and Rachel LaPerle, who loved his great sense of humor and kindness. His niece, Alina LaPerle, was a source of immense pride and joy for him.
He graduated from Spaulding High School in 1986, Patrick was a man of many talents and interests. He dedicated 39 years of his life to HEB Manufacturing as a skilled tool and die maker—a role he cherished deeply. In September of 2025, he embarked on a new chapter with New England Precision, continuing to find fulfillment in his craft and demonstrating unwavering dedication and expertise.
Patrick's passions extended far beyond his professional life. He had a love of reading and gardening and often sharing the fruits of his labor with friends and family. He found solace in nature, spending countless hours hiking and basking in the serenity of his "Happy Place," The Swimming Hole. His love for canning was surpassed only by his joy in sitting by his fire pit, savoring the warmth of a quality craft beer. His quick wit, intelligence, and fun-loving spirit made him a friend to all, always eager to lend a helping hand. Patrick's generosity and willingness to help friends in need was legendary.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Patrick's life on June 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Pruneau-Polli, located at 58 Summer Street, Barre, Vermont 05641.
