Richard P. Gauthier

BARRE - Richard Gauthier, 77, formerly of Barre, VT, passed away on June 11, 2024, at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, VT. Most recently, Richard resided in Bradford, VT where he was often seen cleaning at a local gym, “Fairlee Fit.” Richard shared a love for baseball with his care giver, Michael, and recently attended a New York Yankee’s game together. His all-time favorite team was the Vermont Mountaineers and looked forward to seeing them play during the summertime. Richard found joy in creating things in the wood shop at his home, bowling, fishing, and visiting with his neighbors. He is a light that surely will be missed. Richard is predeceased by his mother and father, Reginald and Ethel (Sanderson) Gauthier of Massachusetts. No funeral or memorial services will be held.
