Sally Bilodeau

WILLIAMSTOWN- Sally Brousseau (Lajeunesse) Bilodeau, 82, passed away peacefully April 4, 2020 at her home, with her loving family by her side, after a courageous battle with cancer.  Sally was born on April 22, 1937 in West Stewartstown, NH.   She was the daughter of Helen (Lavertue) & Adelard Brousseau of Norton VT. Sally grew up on Big Averill Lake in Averill VT, until she was 10 yrs old.  She spent much of her time helping the Snare family, at their home on Big Averill Lake.  Sally and her family moved to Montpelier, VT in 1947.  Sally attended St. Michael's Elementary and High school, graduating in 1955.  She worked at the First National Bank, in Montpelier until 1959, when she met and married John Lajeunesse, and she moved to Barre, VT. Sally's full-time job was then raising her seven children. She had the utmost love and patience for her family, many people described her as a ¨saint¨, so soft spoken and angelic.
